I Agree with Ben,

Dont find yourself left behind.

Id suggest posting a SIP trace of what exactly is going on.

Another more radical option is to move to another provider...
I can speak for www.netsip.com.au  :)

But seriously, a SIP trace is your best bet AND schedule time to perform
the upgrade.
