Yes, this indeed sounds possible... you can call a lua or js script after
the bridge, or as a hangup_hook of some kind, or park and trigger a script
that will play a message and try to re-connect to the user.
I'm not sure of all the particulars - I think it would take me a bit of
time to tease out the exact details...
