Hi Matanya,

1. Usually linux is best, but it does work in Windows in my tests, but I do
not think that windows is a good tool for any kind of servers.
2. You can "play" with the  verbosity of fs_cli, both on console.conf.xml
at autoload_configs, and when using fs_cli itself using "console loglevel
<number>".
Unlike Asterisk, FS uses it's own event sockets even for cli, so one fs_cli
can connect to many FS.

3. using fs_cli, you can debug sip using "sofia" section.

I really recommend you to read some wiki pages such as:
https://confluence.freeswitch.org/display/FREESWITCH/Rosetta+Stone

That explains the differences, and there are many of them.
The thing is, that Asterisk works much different the FS, and in my
opinion,after 7 years working with Asterisk, FS works in a better state of
mind then Asterisk.
