[Freeswitch-users] Adding IVR menus

1)      Put your menu in conf/ivr_menus. You can find one or two sample XML files with demo menus there.

2)      You'll also have to edit the dialplan to add the menu to one of the extensions. And yes, after editing either the menu or the dialplan file, you'll have to do a 'reloadxml'

Hi,

I have added a new IVR menu in conf/autoload_configs/ivr.conf.xml but I keep getting unknown menu errors.

Reloadxml does not seem to help.  Do I have to restart FS to load new IVR menus?
