Sure it does... your using it wrong.. ( or only part of what you need to do
)

has all the information you need.

BTW....  just to clear up something...
Outbound call ... Yup.
Incoming redirect ( on the b leg, in response to your invite )

Ive done this plenty, and I assure you it works.

If you cant figure it out, then you will need to pay a consultant to help
you.
