[Freeswitch-users] cisco registering with IP not domain

i have a cisco 7965G with firmware version 9.3 but the phone cannot register,
a wireshark revealed that the phone is sending the registrations as
102 at xxx.xxx.xxx.x instead of 102 at abc.abc.com even though in my XML config i
have the domain name as proxy, can anyone lead me in the right direction? is
this a phone issue or a XML config issue?
