Thank you for the reply, but i still have the problem :( I noticed another 
strange thing that would make me think about a registration issue.

When i detect the problem if look to the registration list by submitting 
"sofia status profile internal reg" i see that there are multiple 
registration of the same phone (all it's the same except CALL-ID).

For example, now i can see only one registration for my phone and it seems 
to work fine.
