just to clarify, are you saying that numbers can overlap, for example could
you have 911 be a valid number and 9112345 also be valid?

solution is presented! Only way I the today is, when I call a phone number
I have to put the length at the beginning of that number an parse this
number to get the correct pattern file. But this is worst!
