[Freeswitch-users] Audio degrades ON TRANSFER with specific MOH file

When I asked for more specific details regarding the degradation their COMPLETE response was:
" The call sounds like I'm "under water", thats how most of them describe it!"
I have asked if it is degraded in both directions.
