[Freeswitch-users] Sendevent NOTIFY Request URI different than To URI

Is it possible to use sendevent NOTIFY to generate a SIP NOTIFY request
where the request URI is different than the To URI?
I am trying to send a notify to a phone to reboot, via an SBC. The SBC
requires me to use the rewritten uri as the request uri but the original
uri as the To URI.
