I believe this is what you are looking for;

http://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/Sofia.conf.xml
<param name="sip-port" value="${internal_sip_port}"/>

Assuming this is what you were looking for, I was able to find this easily
with a simple Google search "sofia port sip profile"
