First, application ring_back was renamed to ring_ready.

And it doesn't work ( I've tried that and many other things ) ringback is what is played before a 
call is answered.

It is rather clear what happens on a POTS line when a call is 'answered' - if FS 'answers' a call as 
part of the dial plan - it is less clear - how to define the source of audio while waiting for a 
subsequent bridge?

It does play a sound (annoying DTMF of  8000310061) and works otherwise, what sets that sound?
