[Freeswitch-users] play_and_get_digits - why is minimum 1 digit?

Change worked without issue for doing a zero-length option. It's possible there are side effects elsewhere if you choose 
to use a setting of zero, but that wouldn't affect anyone unless they chose that particular case. FS-5812 submitted.
