[Freeswitch-users] Conference "play" API call sometimes has missing audio

I had similar issue with a dialer application - when calling users through
a mobile gateway the audio playback started few seconds before the phone
was answerred and as a result the user did not hear the beginning of the
recording. The solution was to use "wait_for_answer" application to delay
the playback until the call is answerred.
