[Freeswitch-users] Best way to reload modfifo

fifo reparse will get new fifos and changed settings on them.  For things like changing membership in the queues, you can just add those to the db directly for outbound, those are queried for each call to see whos next.  You can also use api commands to add members and that doesn't require a reload/reparse.
