[Freeswitch-users] mod_shout on Windows

Does anyone have mod_shout running on Windows? I get 2013-09-03 12:14:18.724050 [CRIT] switch_loadable_module.c:1383 Error Loading module mod_shout.dll **dll open error [127l]
