I think the point to be made here is that your choice should be determined
by your requirements and budget. As we know neither of those, we can't give
you specific recommendations.
The majority of people I encounter use 'consumer' grade services, with or
without their own equipment as necessary. That said these are largely small
businesses.
In all seriousness there's always a best tool for the job and no one
service that'll meet all needs.
