[Freeswitch-users] old calls hanging around

If you use uuid_kill and the channel exists you'll see +OK, if it isn't
found you'll see an error.

Similar errors probably occur with Apis such as uuid_setvar... Perhaps that
will give you a way to tell them apart.

The reason for this is likely a database one. Those commands run queries
against the calls and channels tables in the core DB. FreeSWITCH updates
these when channels start, change state and end.

It may be the transactions to remove the entries at the end if the call,
either with a logged error or silently. That'd make the db entry persist
even though the call no longer does. If that's the cause it's worth
investigating why. It could be load, db errors, or transaction locking
where another connection is already using the row. The ODBC options in
use might be worth checking. Also if FS is batching up updates to the DB
that might conceivably be affecting it.
