[Freeswitch-users] Anyone know how to get a polycom to reload directory?

I've got the config reload working fine by flushing registration, but it appears that doesn't result in it reading 
<mac>-directory.xml, it only reloads the base config files.

Any suggestions beyond just teling the phone to do a full reboot?
