Pressing the record button by default sends a sip info record on and record off header. You can log in to the phones web interface and change what it does. http://wiki.snom.com/FAQ/What_does_the_'Record'_button_on_the_phone_do

Wonder is someone can help. Using snom phones to record calls works sort of, but it only records one side of the call, what am I missing. I am using the record button on the phone. It can be pressed at any time during the call to start the recording and after stoping it.
