[Freeswitch-users] Interesting... Doorbot!

That assumes a doorbell wiring though. Inside say an office building that
might not be there but POE might be so I can see the advantage.

I wonder if there are any POE -> 10-20V AC converters?

Wouldn't cover the network part though. A POE AP to talk to the doorbot
might be overkill. ;)
