[Freeswitch-users] read_codec and write_codec xml_cdr

If the calls were canceled before a 183 or a 200 occurred, then there is 
no media whatsoever established. This would be normal behavior to not 
have a read or write codec set this case.  If a 183 occurred and then a 
cancel, then you'd have only a read codec variable set I think.
