[Freeswitch-users] No ringback tone on bridge

Negative on that.  Answer sends a 200 OK, which normally initiates 
billing systems to start charging in those situations.  ring_ready sends 
180 Ringing.  Since no media has been established, the UAC ends up 
generating the ringtone locally.

It sounds like you want to establish early media (183).  I suggest 
taking a look at

more info.
