[Freeswitch-users] blind transfer back to caller on failure

It worked with (B-party) IP phones only (not ATA) and ... B-party shouldn't
hangup the phone immediately. B-party's phone displays "Transferring ... "
while C-party is ringing. If B-hangs up immediately, the call is completely
teared down after timeout.
