Yes, I agree!

Best use OS without GUI environment.

but:

1) all the examples I've found use of Debian (FS + Raspberry)
2) but I do not run X, and judging by the processes of unnecessary overhead
costs not
3) just starting FS loads the CPU to 100%
4) FS without load is not significant
5) I can try to uninstall the components of desktop OS

6) I can try a different operating system specifically for the server
7) RasPBX -- asterisk use Raspbian too

What kind of a server distribution for raspberry advise to try?
