[Freeswitch-users] add-users scripts

Thanks brian,

I'm just wondering where I get the add_users script referenced in the
freeswitch cookbook and others? Also finding with a fresh install of
freeswitch 1.2.9 with centos and yum, non of the .wav files are loaded for
voicemail. Where do I get those files from?
