[Freeswitch-users] Caller ID and Caller Name Issue

How are you disabling the global caller id? This won't work, (its a common
mistake done by many users when dealing with X-PRE-PROCESS)

You have to do something like this,

<!-- <X - PRE-PROCESS cmd="set" data="outbound_caller_name=FreeSWITCH"/> -->

Notice the space around ' - ' in X-PRE-PROCESS.

Also you should set some appropriate caller id for outbound call in your
dial plan, as already i told you in my previous email.
