[Freeswitch-users] ERROR: database is locked

I just started noticing these errors:

[database is locked]
BEGIN EXCLUSIVE
2013-03-28 11:15:38.739806 [CRIT] switch_core_sqldb.c:1679 ERROR [database
is locked]

I'm a little new at sqlite.  How is a database locked and how do you unlock
it?
