You can also use mod_xml_curl perhaps with a simple PHP script to achieve
your end goal as well.

As far as I'm aware, there is no way to specify a 'dynamic' URL in the
gateway configuration (although strangely, it is possible in mod_xml_curl,
with use-dynamic-url, as shown here
http://jira.freeswitch.org/browse/FS-419- you could maybe put in a
feature request?)

I could be wrong, there might very well be support for this, but I couldn't
find any reference to it.
