[Freeswitch-users] refer doesn't always creates a new channel

Hello Steve,

the logs are completely open ... It seems to get stuck, but I just would
find it strange that nobody would have noticed this problem. It still
exists on 1.2.7 (just tested), so I supposed it was maybe something related
to my config, ...
