[Freeswitch-users] Alternative Debian package builder

I think the core devs will ultimately have to be the ones that make the
final decision on whether or not we should be aiming for official repos.

Once that has been decided, we can then make plans on how we're going to
approach package maintenance.

Ken - can you make the final decision on this?
