[Freeswitch-users] What module do I use to send text message to cellphones ( United States ) ?

Check with your provider. This is not a normal feature provided by them.
There are things like twilio.com and you do not need freeswitch.

If you find a SIP provider who does allow SMS, many times it's through
their own web interface and not exposed via SIP.
