Have you set the force-register-domain and force-register-db-domain
variables in the sip profile (
http://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/Multi-tenant#SIP_Profiles)

Another thing to check is to make sure they are registered with freeswitch:
freeswitch at internal> sofia status profile mydomain.com.xml reg
