[Freeswitch-users] Load all configurations from DB

The config must be in XML format since that's how FS & modules expect it.

You can have that XML in a static file locally, on a HTTP server
(mod_xml_curl) or generate it within FS via LUA (eg
http://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/Lua_freeswitch_dbh#User_Directory_XML). The
latter two options allow a program to generate it dynamically, eg from
values stored in a database.
