[Freeswitch-users] Conference and transcoding

Hi guys,

I understand that in a conference FS always performs transcoding to mix the
multiple channels together even if all the users use the same codecs.

My question is - is it also true for a conference with only two users or
does FS detect a conference with only two users with the same codecs and
optimize it to not transcode?
