Are you looking for term or origination? I can help you with either.

As far as I've seen, the voice quality on termination on "premium" routes,
e.g. voxbeam's or net2phone's is basically fine. Just I've had DTMF issues
with some of them...
They don't have CLI to fixed, though, only to mobiles. I have a route that
offers that, too.

I've used origination from some companies and the quality is pretty
pitiful... I have a better provider.
