[Freeswitch-users] need help to send offline presence info

Hi

sip user A has its contact (sip user 1005), when sip user 1005 reach
expired time, freeswitch send NOTIFY message to sip user A

How do i config freeswitch send same NOTIFY message to sip user A when sip
user 1005 send register message with expired time = 0(unregister)

U 42.117.9.12:5060 -> 42.117.9.14:5060
NOTIFY sip:1004 at 42.117.9.14:5060;transport=udp;registering_acc=42_117_9_12
