[Freeswitch-users] Invalid Application set

I'm hoping to get some pointers on debugging why I'm getting a "Invalid
Application set" error message.

I have read the FAQ which says that the most common reason is the correct
module hasn't been loaded.

However, in this case, there is no module called "set", so what could some
of the other causes be?
