[Freeswitch-users] How to compile and install the prerequisites gsmlib & libctb for freeswitch to use gsm modem

I have seen the prerequisites of making freeswitch use gsm modem to make
call but cannot actually figure out how to compile and install gsmlib &
libctb...kindly help
