[Freeswitch-users] Originate Failed. Cause: NORMAL_TEMPORARY_FAILURE

Is your FS server 10.195.0.1? If so, is there a user 12345 registered to
it? Try using "user/12345" instead of "sofia/default/12345%10.195.0.1" -
the user channel does lots of work for you so you should take advantage of
that wherever possible.
