yeah, the only limitation is the name of the networking interfaces. the
licensing server only supports the ethX naming of interfaces. if your
default link interface is venet(in openvz) or tun, it wouldn't work.

btw openvz also works if you rename your interfaces, but that requires
access to the vm host.
