Hi Anthony,
Ok thanks for that I appreciate your comments. I have tried all the things Seven mentioned and unfortunately the behavior is the same.
Can I just confirm before I move to Jira that if a client (and Im using the latest Blink client on windows, and also same operation is seen with Jitsi client) that when the client sends a SUBSCRIBE to Freeswitch, that it should start to get NOTIFY responses straight away?

That is the only version I know to be working with this feature.
Have you tried the things that Seven mentioned.

As I already said, I tested this Friday on latest FS HEAD and latest Blink and it was working.If you still have a problem you should probably move this to jira since you cannot have this kind of discussion over the mailing list if you need to share traces etc.
