[Freeswitch-users] mod_xml_cdr and transfers - missing call legs

Yeah, this was down to a silly mistake on my part during debugging, which I
managed to repeat several times without realizing.

Enabling B legs works exactly as expected, the hold_events are showing
perfectly, I am getting a record for each new channel created by transfers,
and linking them together is fairly easy.
