I have no idea what "will magnetic" means, but to be syntactically correct (see <http://www.ietf.org/rfc/RFC3966.txt>), that URL would need to be: <tel:888;phone-context=conference.freeswitch.org>

I haven't checked to see if fS handles a phone-context parameter of this form, but no-one's perfect :).
