I think I'm starting to get a hint of what the problem is. :-)

Apparently, both the "internal" and "external" sofia profiles use
$local_ip_v4, which is set to 192.168.4.1.  I'm thinking my best plan is to
replace the "internal" profile with "phones", "lan" and "wan" profiles.

So, the answer to your question is:  "No, I just have the default sofia
profiles."  But now I believe I have learned that a single profile cannot
span multiple IP addresses, correct?
