[Freeswitch-users] Memory growth

Need a little help in the following question: can I apply the patch
http://fisheye.freeswitch.org/rdiff/freeswitch.git?csid=45d849ab746e6fc0833820851dced1dc61e0fbe1&u&N
to the file
libs/sofia-sip/libsofia-sip-ua/su/su_time0.c?
Would it be necessary to change anything else?

Then I would be able to immediately begin testing...
