[Freeswitch-users] Is this an internal call?

Doesn't that var (or its like) get created and set by operation of the dial
plan xml (not source code)?  OP, you can have your external-to-internal
context set any such semaphore variable.

One thing you can do is look to see if various transfer_xxx variables are
set in phone-to-phone calls vs. transferred calls. I'd start with
"transfer_source" var and go from there.
