[Freeswitch-users] Is this an internal call?

I grep'd the entire source tree and found no mention of this variable.
One thing you can do is look to see if various transfer_xxx variables are
set in phone-to-phone calls vs. transferred calls. I'd start with
"transfer_source" var and go from there.
