Tried
yum groupinstall 'development tools' <- Works ...
And also
yum install libxml2-devel libncurses-devel postgresql-devel sqlite-devel 
curl-devel openssl-devel <- Works
And also
yum install libedit-devel <- just in case

With every make attempt a clean build dir ( i mean rm-rf clean ..)

Going to make a new VM ... :(
