[Freeswitch-users] Outbound Audio Lost AFTER placing on Hold and picking back up.

That's a tricky one cos it could be one of many things ranging from a
hard-to-reproduce bug to timing issue with nat.
I've seen 2 bugs with similar symptoms come and go over the last few months
but they were both "every time" type issues.
